How quoting works
I look at the machine, ring you, and tell you what it needs and what it'll cost. Nothing happens until you say yes. If the quote turns out to be wrong once I'm inside, I stop and ring again rather than carrying on and adding it to the bill.
If it can't be fixed
The £35 assessment stands and nothing else is charged. I'll tell you why, and if it's worth keeping for spares I'll say that too.
Payment
On completion, before return postage. Bank transfer, card or cash. No deposit for jobs under £200.
